Privacy Policy

We collect the information you voluntarily provide in the initial intent form: your name, company, role, contact details, state of residence, and the estimate ranges you select describing your company, equity, and financial context. We also collect the referral source you select and a record of the acknowledgements you check.

Please do not upload or send cap tables, tax returns, account statements, Social Security numbers, or trust documents through this website. We do not request documents at this stage.

We use submitted information solely to review whether you may be a potential candidate for the proposed Winter 2026 Cohort, to contact you about your submission, and to keep internal records of that review. We do not sell your information.

We do not send your financial answers, company valuation estimates, net-worth estimates, or contact details to analytics or advertising tools, and we do not place those values in page addresses or client-side error reports.

Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database. Only authorized Asymmetric reviewers can read submissions. Submissions cannot be read, listed, changed, or deleted by site visitors.

You may ask us to update or delete your submission at any time by writing to hello@asymmetric.example. Submitting the form does not create a client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship, and you may withdraw your expression of interest at any time.
